Spare parts for slurry and sand pumps

Epos PJSC has specialized in manufacturing a full range of spare parts for slurry and sand pumps for many years: GrAU 400/20, GRU 800/40, GrU 1600/25, GrAU 1600/25.

These pumps are designed for pumping abrasive slurries at facilities:

• engaged in sand extraction, dredging, and cleaning operations as part of dredger equipment;
• in the mining, beneficiation, and metallurgical sectors;
• the construction industry and cement production;
• the municipal sector for pumping drainage water containing abrasive impurities.

Our company manufactures products in accordance with TU U 29.1-24221705-003: 2011 and guarantees consumers full interchangeability and  identical dimensions and connection sizes for spare parts for pumping equipment,  which, thanks to their simple design and technical characteristics,  have proven their reliability and efficiency over many decades.

The manufacturing process is controlled at all stages by the company’s quality control department, and products are dispatched to customers only after checking that all dimensions comply with the technical documentation, wheel balancing, conducting hydraulic tests on housing components, and performing test assemblies of parts into assemblies.

Pump wet-end parts: impellers and guard discs are manufactured from the high-alloy steel grade IChKh28N2 with a hardness of at least 500 HB.

Cases for these types of pumps are manufactured from St30L steel (except for the case of the GRAU 400/20 pump, which has a case made of IChKh28N2),

while the suction and discharge covers are made of high-quality cast iron Sc20, and the shafts are made of Steel 45. Components of the gland housing assembly: gland rings, thrust rings,

water distribution rings, mounting rings, and sealing rings are made of St 3, while the gland covers are made of Stch20 cast iron, etc.
